Description:It is an exciting time to join Lockheed Martin. Not only will you be part of an award-winning recruitment marketing team, but you will also play a role in helping shape perceptions of our brand among customers, investors, partners, employees and prospective employees. As the manager for talent attraction and advertising you will be a part of the corporate marketing communications team reporting to the Director of Marketing Communications.
Role Responsibilities:
• Manage an insights-driven recruitment marketing and employer brand strategy for the Lockheed Martin global enterprise.
• Lead and coach recruitment marketing team to grow diverse talent pipelines, drive job applications at the Lockheed Martin career site, develop experiential event marketing, improve employer brand reputation, and drive omnichannel digital campaigns to attract talent.
• Define and lead our Recruitment Marketing Advisory Council and provide direction for talent attraction campaigns, social media, and content marketing campaigns, and recruitment marketing processes.
• Proactively nurture relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create recruitment marketing strategies and brand campaigns.
• Communicate and execute recruitment marketing strategies and report on return-on-investment measures.
• Lead the creation and distribution of social media content on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Glassdoor career channels.
• Coordinate the production of recruitment marketing videos in partnership with communications and external marketing suppliers.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications
• 10+ years or more experience in content creation,
social media marketing, digital marketing, event
management and talent acquisition strategy.
Desired Skills:
• Master's Degree in Business or Marketing
• Change Management

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
