Searching for an experienced Property Manager

For a 194 unit high-rise condominium complex in Bethesda, MD located conveniently near I495, I270

Important qualifications and background

*The most important qualification is Have a very outgoing personality and the ability to understand a diverse owner, resident community. If unable to be objective with all residents and have proven ability to handle conflict resolution thoughtfully but within our by-law covenents, please do not apply.

*You will have at least 8 ears of progressive growth in large building experience in preferably Residential buildings but will consider a Commercial Management background.

*As a Montgomery County building, we are under the CCOC, Division of our county government If you come from BA or DC, you will have to become certified in 90 days or less. (County Commission for Condominium ownership)

*Large project experience such as complete building renovations. HVAC upgrades etc.

Experienced in managing a staff of at least 8 people with added responsibility of training on a continuing basis.

Must have at least 2 of the following certification: CMDA, PECAN. Or AMS

*You will have to agree to a background check, credit shack, and reference checks

Pay: $35.00 - $42.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

  • Bethesda, MD 20817: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Preferred)
