Every day, our employees do the cant be done, solving the most daunting challenges facing our customers. Responsibilities Peraton has an immediate need for a Management Analyst in Bethesda, MD. Position: IT Management Analyst focused on IC ITE governance. The Governance, Policy, and Operations task supports all aspects of the IC ClO governance and policy frameworks. This task enables the implementation and integration of the IC ITE strategy. Provide secretariat support to IC ClO-sponsored boards, committees, councils, and panels. Support to IC CIO involvement and external boards, committees, councils, and panels. Support the analysis, coordination and development of policies related to the IC CIO. Support the development, integration and execution of the IC ITE Governance Project Plan and support the writing and coordination of Congressionally Directed Actions and Legislative Referral Memos. Qualifications. Bachelors and 15+ years or, Masters /Doctorate degree and 12 or more years, analyzing IT related programs or projects or relevantwork experience: Strong Project Management experience including the identification of tasks, stakeholders and project dependencies and the development of work plans. Superior organization skills. Demonstrated strong performance working in multi-contractor, customer site environment supporting senior executives. Ability to build and sustain professional networks throughout IC. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities. Responsibilities: Establishing and consolidating proposed working group agenda items from across a diverse, highly technical community. Proposing and recommending working group agendas to the board chairman (SES level). Organizing and participating in board and project agenda review meetings. Communicating with board and project members and other external customers, answering questions and providing information as necessary. Serving as the principal contact person, coordinating all communications to speakers regarding speaking schedules, notes requirements, clearance requirements, and audio visual equipment policies. Responding to written and verbal inquires and providing follow-up communications. Managing all Board and Projects committee activity, including maintaining committee rosters and committee member contact and e-mail addresses, sending meeting announcements and materials, and encouraging member participation. Communicating with/alerting appropriate members of the board and projects, sharing pertinent information. Managing board and project activities including drafting meeting minutes and resolutions and maintaining board actions history. Tracking and reporting on status and completion of assigned actions. Compiling information on board meeting topics and participants, distributing assignments based on commitments, providing follow up as required. This position requires TS/SCI with Poly Clearance.
