Seeking a Project Coordinator to join the InstallNET team!

As a Project Coordinator, you are a key member of the team and will work closely with our Project Managers to deliver a legendary customer service to our clients and partners. The Project Coordinator is responsible for the daily support of all jobs across all projects and positions. In the Project Coordinator role, you will ensure jobs are set up for success and milestones are met in a timely manner.

Project Coordination - The Project Coordinator...
- Generates all storage quotes and updates recurring storage quotes in a timely manner
- Processes POs for jobs under $5,000 ensuring all information matches and complete and ensuring the customer has not exceed credit terms with award of job.
- Proactively checks receivers and BOM to ensure all product arrives for team jobs
- Ensures timely scheduling for all jobs under $5,000
- Requests appropriate COIs and inputs appropriate information and dates and follows-up as necessary
- Maintains an accurate call date report and requests updates from team members to ensure accuracy
- Understand and use website reports (NTI, Firm Schedule, Estimated Start Date, etc.).
- Assists with the maintenance of the PPM and Punch compliance for the team and follows up as needed.
Project Administration - The Project Coordinator...
- Generate emailed quotes and follow up on outstanding quotes for the team.
- Set job up for success by requesting and attaching appropriate documents to included: BOM, floor plans, blueprints.
- Close out jobs and ensure appropriate signatures and attachments have been received. Follow up on all missing information and prepare projects for invoicing.
- Follow up on outdated Ship Dates per Need Product Report to determine true shipping date or if product arrived and ensure dates and ship to information remain accurate.
- Provide follow-up support on all projects and punch items.
- Understand and use website reports (NTI, Firm Schedule, Estimated Start Date, etc.).
- Maintain PPM and Punch compliance for the team and follows up as needed.
- Ensures Service Provider Evaluation has been completed and follows-up with appropriate Project Manager to ensure accuracy.

Required Education and Experience
- High school graduation, or its equivalent.
- At least two (2) years of experience in an office support environment.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree.
- Two (2) years of experience supporting a team of project managers in a related field.
Supervisory Responsibility No direct supervisory duties.
Work Environment This job generally operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
