 CONNOR has an ASTM/ HUD MAP/LEAN Phase I Assessor position available within our Baltimore-based national consulting team. The Phase I position reports to and works under the direct supervision of the department's Director. We offer the training you'll need to succeed. A college degree is necessary for consideration. In addition, the position requires advanced HUD MAP/LEAN experience as well as computer/internet skills. Property Evaluator Position

1. Qualifications

· Above-average computer proficiency (i.e. Windows O.S. and Microsoft Office applications)

· One-year ASTM/ HUD MAP/LEAN experience with a proven track record

· Must be able to travel out of state - 25% of your time

2. Education (Documentation will be required)

· College graduate.

3. Requirements (in addition to the Educational Requirements)

· Radon measurement certification

· Certified asbestos inspector

· Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both in writing and orally

· Possess a valid driver license, automobile and automobile insurance

· Effective communication (i.e. verbal and written) skills

· Driver's license

· Functioning automobile and automobile insurance

4. Duties

· Produce accurate and reliable data

· Ability to manage your Project assignments to closure

· Work hours as assigned by Department Director

· Conduct yourself in accordance with company policy and procedures
