Overview Of Position
The Procurement Finance Manager, will participate in the accounting and FP&A activities to support our direct and indirect procurement teams. The Procurement Finance Manager will support close activities, financial forecasting, as well as supporting value improvement efforts and assist entire supply chain team with ad hoc analysis
Job Responsibilities
- Provide financial oversight for $0.5b of procurement activity
- Manage the budget, forecast, and monthly analysis for procurement spend, inclusive of management reporting
- Lead productivity/Inflation/deflation reporting efforts. Partner with procurement team to identify opportunities and inflation risks. Validate financials for all projects.
- Partner with the supply chain team to make strategic sourcing decisions, including leading make vs make and make vs buy processes
- Expand procurement reporting capabilities, partner with supply chain and IT to implement sustainable reporting tools expanding information and capabilities
- Drive improvement in inventory quality, improved turns and lower stock outs
- Become an expert in finished good supplier costing processes and understanding of margins
- Be a partner to the entire supply chain team, completing ad hoc analysis, supporting projects, and offering actionable financial insights to improve the business

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum of 5 year experience in finance or accounting, with a minimum of 3 years of experience supporting procurement or supply chain activities
- Ability to interact and effectively communicate with all levels of supply chain and finance organizations
- Prior experience delivering productivity and process improvement
- Consumer products experience is a plus
- MS Excel (intermediate/advanced level Excel), PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Oracle experience a plus.
