Job description
What does a great Sr. Business Analyst do?
- As a Senior Business Analyst you will manage a queue of Settlement impacted projects
- Provide support to the Settlement subject matter experts in creation of requirements supporting any change that is being introduced into Settlement Operations.
- In addition to requirement gathering, support testing and implementation of the project.
- Networking with internal and external businesses units and IT for the project initiatives
- Partnering with internal and external areas to explore Settlement process improvements.
- Researching and responding to potential project inquiries.
- Support settlement due diligence on potential projects.
Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
- Ability to prioritize and work effectively with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate effective situation management skills when under pressure situations.
- Time Management skills
- Quality mindset and a "can do" attitude
- Working knowledge of Settlement Operations tools - eResXpress Applications, FSAMS and Balance
- Microsoft Office skills, specifically advanced skills with Excel, Power BI
- Mainframe tools: MSA
- Exposure and understanding of the Merchant Platforms: North, South, Omaha, Memphis, Proprietary, Buypass, Telecheck, MSIP...etc.
Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Computer Science
- Accounting and/or Banking background preferred
