JOB TITLE REGIONAL RECRUITER FLSA STATUS: EXEMPT
DEPARTMENT: PEOPLE AND CULTURE REPORTS TO: SENIOR REGIONAL RECRUITER

POSITION SUMMARY:
The primary responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Consult with Regional and District Managers to identify staffing needs.
• Recruit, screen and interview candidates for Operations Department positions.
• Refer qualified candidates for open positions.
• Regularly communicate with Full-Time Sales Associates, Management Trainees, and District Managers to measure and report progress.
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selections tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
• Assess applicant's relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the team.
• Promote company's reputation as a great place to work.
• Conduct reference checks on all applicants.
• Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, the associate must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required:
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
• Associate Degree Preferred
• Prior retail recruiting experience
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:
• Work requires a solid knowledge of business and an excellent command of the English language to effectively communicate with management, associates, and customers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision-making skills.
• Must be able to maintain an exemplary degree of professionalism in all situations.
• Results driven with demonstrated critical and creative thinking skills.
• Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion, confidentiality, and independent judgment with the ability to use compassion and diplomacy.
• Proven ability to plan, organize, multi-task, set priorities effectively and efficiently to proactively respond to changing demands, from multiple sources.
• The ability to execute directives with precision and consistency. Outstanding verbal, written, multi-tasking and presentation skills.
• Strong computer skills required in Microsoft Office suites including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Publisher.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft office products is required.
• This position requires up to 25% travel.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit. The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk; or hear.
• The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job may include close vision, distance vision and depth perception.
• The incumbent must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
