ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Corporate Recruiter, you will locate and present candidates to our hiring managers and advise them throughout the recruitment process. While based in our corporate headquarters in Preston, MD, you will also support our offices in Easton, Baltimore, Dallas, Tampa, Atlanta, and Denver.

This position is located at our corporate headquarters at 3601 Choptank Road, Preston, MD 21655.

Responsibilities

• Managing the entire life-cycle of the recruiting process
• Serving as the company ambassador for candidates through their recruitment process and learning about their gifts and abilities to place them in the best role for long-term success.
• Sourcing candidates that will enhance our operation through digital platforms, campus and community events, and connecting with them through cold and warm calls
• Cultivating long term relationships with top talent to build high-potential talent pools
• Reviewing and discussing market data with the team to impact our overall strategy
• Consult regularly with hiring managers throughout the interview process and educate them on the talent market conditions
• Continually evaluate new sources for talent acquisition and promote our employer brand.

Qualifications

Required:

• Tech-savvy - Experience with MS Office and social media
• Engaging personality with strong networking ability
• Highly professional with excellent phone skills
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a goal-oriented environment

Preferred but not required:

• Previous recruiting experience
• Bachelor's degree
