The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for planning, recruiting, hiring, and onboarding qualified clinical staff to ensure that company's staffing requirements and needs are fulfilled, and employees work in a friendly, supportive environment.
This position is great for applicants who are new to recruiting and are looking to grow with an amazing team and mentors and do meaningful work!
Essential Functions
- Research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.
- Place job ads on various job boards.
- Work with schools and other recruiting sources to develop a pipeline of qualified applicants.
- Attend job fairs and other events to promote Behavioral Framework to new graduates and others seeking a career in the field.
- Screen applications and select qualified candidates.
- Coordinate, schedule, and conduct interviews.
Hiring
- Collaborate with leadership and other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, start dates, availability, and other pertinent details.
- Work closely with clinical leadership and staffing coordinator to forecast staffing demand based on growth and turnover.
- Identify hiring criteria and proactively and timely hire to fill in current and future positions.
- Send offer letters and informs management of new hires.
- Coordinate new employee onboarding and training.
- Maintain communication with employees through onboarding, training, and placement to ensure new employees are supported and properly welcomed to the team.
- Perform various administrative bookkeeping type tasks to ensure compliance with regulations and insurance requirements (e.g. I9 verifications, gathering and submitting paperwork required for credentialing, ensuring training is complete).
- Develop and maintain relationships with new employees to identify opportunities, answer questions, ensure a smooth new hire transition, and help our distributed workforce remain connected.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
- Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to staffing, hiring and recruitment.
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Maintain confidentiality; adhere to all HIPAA guidelines/regulations.
- Knowledge of the behavioral health industry and terms is a plus.
Experience and Education
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred, or equivalent working experience
- 1-3 years of experience in a recruiting/staffing role managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process - required
- SHRM-CP or PHR preferred.
Work Environment, Physical Conditions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week.
- Ability to work cooperatively with others.
- Must comply with practice policies and procedures.
- Requires daily in-office work. Does not meet the requirements of regular telecommuting.
- Physical activities include sitting for long periods of time, walking, bending, kneeling.
- Must be able to reach, pull, and push.
- Requires manual dexterity, auditory and visual skills.
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
