Responsibilities for the Product Analyst
- Designs the technical specifications and requirements for development.
- Supports the Regional Product Owner in analyzing the business and state needs, developing requirements, stocking the state reporting backlog, grooming the state reporting backlog, and evaluating/analyzing sustainment needs for resolution.
- Translates the State Published report specifications and customer business requirements into Tasks for development.
- Help in collaborating and facilitating with stakeholder analysis and act as analysis specialist.
- Create User Stories/Report Design/Requirements in line with the guiding principles of State Reporting
- Evaluate and produce requirements needed for ongoing customer support of the State Reports within the region.
- Provide Product Owner support by helping in the analysis of the business domain
- Elaborate on non-functional requirements and ensure they are captured in the backlog
- Evaluate and provide accurate estimates to aid in sprint planning and forecasting.
- Coordinate security and compliance requirements with Security & Compliance teams
- Assess impact of proposed implementation to other systems/components within the platform
- Assist in stocking and groomingthe product backlog through user stories that represent the scope.
- The go to person for technical leads (and team for use cases/feature implementation related items)
- Keeps abreast of technology trends in the market and brings perspectives with Product/Technical owner. avoid surprises of feature delivery
- Owns the internal and Customer facing documentation and maintenance of the documentation
- Evaluate and provide accurate estimates to aid in sprint planning and forecasting.
- Other duties as assigned or requested
Qualifications of the Product Analyst
- Bachelors degree in a health services or technology field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in state or federal reporting, data analyst experience
- Agile training completion
- 2 years of experience with CareLogic or Credible EHR software, or equivalent experience in an agile framework or federal and/or state reporting.

- Broad knowledge of industrys standards and regulations
- Ability to delve into the business requirements of the products.
- Ability to write thorough user stories
- Ability to analyze data and validate variances
- Build positive and effective relationships with other leaders, internally and externally

- Ability to apply agile processes/skills
