Blue Heron Wellness, a Wellness Center in Silver Spring, Maryland with a well-established 15-year reputation for offering high-quality therapeutic massage, traditional acupuncture, nutritional therapy consults, skincare, and yoga classes, has an opening for a Practice/Office Manager - a key role on the Center's management team. Overall, this person is responsible for:

• Ensuring smooth flow of client operations
• Supervising front desk and administrative staff
• Ensuring smooth operations for the facility
• Ensuring necessary support of Professional Staff.

AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY

The following represents the primary areas of accountability of the Practice Manager. It is meant to provide guidance but is not intended to be exhaustive.

1. Ensure Superior Patient/Client Satisfaction

3. Manage and Supervise Front Desk Operations

4. Provide Daily Oversight of Facility

5. Measure and Monitor Operational Efficiency & Effectiveness

6. Ensure that Professional Staff have the necessary support and materials to treat clients

7. Oversee retail functions

8. Ensure supervision and support of insurance administration function.

9. Assist Claims and Outstanding Balance Collection as necessary.

The schedule has flexible hours but will include evenings and some weekends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $41,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
