Panco Management is looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate demonstrates a high-level of customer service, interacting daily with our residents, and possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently. They are able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment, and has exceptional organizational and communication skills.

A Typical Day May Include the Following:

  • Maintain accurate resident records in property management software and resident files
  • Work with office staff to ensure all monies are collected as due and that all revenue data is posted correctly in the on-site property management software system
  • Handle preparation of all resident notices, including monthly newsletters, resident activity notices, late payment notices, and eviction notices
  • Prepare balance statements and notices for non-payment of rent and other violations
  • Coordinate with Property Manager the status of client accounts
  • Greet prospective residents, determine needs and preferences, and professionally present community and specific apartments while providing features and benefits
  • Review lease paperwork with both Leasing Consultants and residents while explaining property rules and regulations, and ensure all lease paperwork is completed correctly and has been approved by the Property Manager
  • Work with maintenance staff to make sure apartments are completed for scheduled move-ins
  • Responsible for overall upkeep - including apartment units and common areas
  • Assist Property Manager with scheduling, organizing, and hosting resident events

If You Have the Following, We Want to Hear from You!

  • 1-2 years' experience as an Assistant Property Manager in multifamily property management
  • Demonstrate proficiency in working with Microsoft Office Suite to include Outlook, Excel, software/database, and several social media outlets
  • RealPage experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
