Job Description:
Customer Service Partner - WORK FROM HOME
Who We Are
Micro Focus is one of the world's largest enterprise software providers, delivering the mission-critical software that keeps the digital world running. Our Digital Safe platform provides robust compliance archiving, eDiscovery, and supervisory solutions. All hosted in the world's largest, private cloud with more than 60 petabytes of data under management.
How could you help us do this?
We are looking for a candidate with solid customer management experience, who is energized by dynamic, fast-paced, constantly changing customer environments. The ideal Customer Service Partner (CSP) is detail-oriented and manages multiple competing priorities in a complex business environment to meet customers' expectations. The candidate will work on various ad hoc and standardized tasks for customers, such as interfacing with customer finance teams, and ensuring the timely delivery of services. Flexibility and the ability to quickly digest and apply information is highly valued as CSPs generally work in a team model, stepping in to support a variety of Digital Safe accounts. In their internal capacity, CSPs drive and are driven by process improvements that afford opportunities to standardize or automate previously manual or fragmented tasks. CSPs are responsible for independently executing tasks such as customer meeting prep, invoicing deliverables, and SLA calculation. This is a rare opportunity to be involved in transforming the world's first, and indeed the world's largest SaaS compliance archive. The successful candidate will be self-motivated and passionate about meeting customer requirements, driving change, and developing their career in a demanding environment.
