Partner with the best
As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be one of the key liaisons between the Akamai Human Resources & Payroll business teams and the IT Team. You'll apply skills in project management, business analysis, requirements gathering, functional testing, change management, and training to implement business processes and applications.
As a Business Systems Analyst Senior, you will be responsible for:
- Acting as a senior liaison between Human Resources & Payroll and IT communities for all ERP systems' needs.
- Supporting and enhancing the Software Development Life Cycle framework.
- Leading facilitated sessions with the business community to define and plan the deployment of application solutions.
- Communicating project status and escalating issues to management.
- Developing and executing system test plans and scenarios.
- Preparing training materials for deployment of applications, modules, enhancements and bug fixes.
Do what you love
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree or 6 years of relevant experience and a Master's degree.
- Be experienced in Oracle R12 eBS HRMS Modules with configuration Knowledge of Core HR Module.
- Have knowledge of building integrations between Internal HR applications and between Internal & external third-party SaaS applications
- Possess good project managements skills
- Have knowledge of Manager, Employee Self Service Modules, Approvals Management Engine, Oracle Workflow, SQL on an Oracle database environment and Oracle HCM, Cloud Compensation will be a plus
- Be a problem solver with technical troubleshooting skills, manage multiple high priority assignments and be detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be able to analyze data, provide actionable solutions, thought leadership to internal and external stakeholder, a good team player, able to collaborate, prioritize, and solve problems

Required Education and Experience
Applicants must meet one of the following education and experience requirements:

Required Skills
*5 years experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting a finance or human resources organization with an emphasis on project management.
* 5 years experience with Oracle Applications; Oracle E-Business Suite version R12 - including CM, PO, AR, AP, GL and FA.
* 5 years experience with Microsoft Office Suite including; Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Access and Project.

* Strong written and verbal communication
* Ability to demonstrate complete understanding of general HR business processes.
* Ability to quickly and effectively troubleshoot problems.
* Intermediate level knowledge of SQL on an Oracle Database environment.
* Project management and communication skills.
* Self-motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels of the organization.
* Ability to think strategically and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
* Proven track record delivering complex software solutions.
