We are looking for an exceptional Director/HR Business Partner who can be the trusted partner to the senior leaders in our global operations function. In this newly created position, you will partner with the COO and operational executives to enable strategic business initiatives. Working collaboratively with our HR Centers of Excellence, you will translate operational strategy into Talent strategy. Join us on our journey as we continue to grow organically and through acquisitions.
What you will do:
* Provide strategic guidance on people and organizational issues: Employee Relations, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Performance Management and HR initiatives.
* Help the organization grow by diagnosing gaps between current and desired organization performance, provide strategic counsel to leadership and deploy actions to help resolve gaps in the areas of organizational effectiveness, organizational design, talent management, succession, employee development, executive coaching and employee relations.
* Working with the Talent and Business Partner teams, evolve and embed talent strategies to enable diversity, inclusion and engagement.
* Participate in company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., Workforce Planning, Total Rewards, Organizational Change, Performance Management, Talent Development, and Succession Planning).
* Develop and lead a 2-person Americas-based HR Generalist/Business Partner team in support of our operations
* Manage HRBP responsible for Corporate functions
* Contribute to the HR transformation underway

* Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline or equivalent experience (Master's Degree is desired). 12+ years progressive Human Resources experience in areas like; employee relations, talent management, compensation & benefits, performance management, recruiting, and training
