HR Recruiters looking for long-term contract / temporary work in the Beverly, Massachusetts area might find their perfect opportunity here. Your main responsibility in this position will be recruiting candidates for a wide variety of positions across accounting, marketing, operations, and technology fields. In addition to recruiting functions, you will be handling a variety of personnel related administrative tasks and providing clerical support to the HR department. Apply immediately!

This is a hybrid position. Applicants must be able to commute to Beverly MA office on occasion during the assignment, especially in the beginning.

- Using digital recruiting resources

- Reviewing and filtering candidates through various sources and platforms

- Administrating various administrative duties

- Maintaining new-hire on-boarding paperwork/orientations

- Forming internal recommendations

- Handling interviews

Requirements - You will be a strong candidate if you have proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms

- Experience writing procedure manuals, user instructions, business correspondence, and general report writing

- Able to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and to take initiative on variety of tasks and projects

- Experience with office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

- Diversity Recruitment experience

- Engineering Recruiting experience preferred

- Deep understanding of Corporate Recruiting

- Full Cycle Recruiting experience

- 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience

- This position's duties require a person who is highly professional; able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity
