American Renal Associates, a national provider of quality dialysis services, is experiencing rapid growth and we are searching for the right individuals to help continue our superb performance. We are currently accepting applications for the following position in our Corporate Headquarters, located at the modern and convenient Cummings Center in Beverly, MA:

Recruiter

As a Recruiter on our Talent Acquisition Team, you will execute effective recruiting strategies through advanced relationship management, drive processes and key market insights to influence and lead search strategy. You will act as a talent advisor and thought leader to our business partners and offer a great experience to candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the recruiting process including attracting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer process.
* Develop and implement recruitment strategies to identify and attract both active and passive job seekers.
* Source candidates through a variety of methods including online job boards, social media, networking, advertising, diversity outreach, email blasts, referrals, and internal transfer/promotion.
* Manage and utilize a variety of sourcing strategies including but not limited to online job boards, social media, networking, advertising, diversity outreach, email blasts, referrals, and internal transfer/promotion.
* Build our talent pipeline by continuously sourcing and recruiting candidates for current and future needs.
* Attend networking events to build contacts and source new talent; events may include career fairs, professional conferences, college visits.
* Conduct pre-screening, presents candidates to hiring managers, coordinates interviews and travel, and supports all parties during the selection process.
* Provide a high-level candidate experience by responding to questions professionally and timely and assisting/coordinating any other candidate needs
* Build and maintain business partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders by scheduling routine meetings, discussing and evaluating recruiting strategy, and providing weekly updates.
* Ensure regulatory aspects of the recruitment process are compliant with company policy and federal/state legislation.
* Build and develop relationships with industry contacts to gain industry knowledge, referrals and leads.
* Identify and implement opportunities to enhance the recruitment process.
* Stay up to date on the latest industry trends, talent acquisition tools and share best practices with the TA team

Qualifications and Experience

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
* Previous experience recruiting/interviewing preferred
* Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently
* Has a high sense of urgency with the ability to manage competing priorities.
* Thinks strategically and can be a strategic partner to hiring managers.
* Provides a high level of customer service with a proven ability to partner with business leaders.
* Fosters collaboration and works well both independently and as part of a team.
* Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and other position applicable software applications, including internet and technology-based recruiting solutions.
* Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
* Willing and able to travel occasionally, including overnight travel.

This is a Full-Time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Hours of work may vary according to business needs.
