We firmly believe that testing is an essential requirement to re-open the economy as quickly and safely as possible. Concentric is the largest provider of K-12 testing. We currently run state-level K-12 testing programs in four states and some of the nation's largest school districts.We're looking for a highly driven and collaborative Administrative Assistant to directly support the Concentric Leadership team. As an Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating team-sponsored events, and performing administrative duties as needed. You will be critical to the team's overall success by prioritizing tasks, supporting key team initiatives, and ensuring overall smooth operations.Come join our dynamic, passionate and collaborative team!Please note: We prefer a local Boston resident who can occasionally travel to our Boston office. That said, it is the policy of Ginkgo Bioworks to review applications regardless of race, gender, ethnic origin, or any other classification protected by law.Responsibilities Maintain calendars for multiple team members: Ensure all details are up to date, anticipate conflicts, resolve scheduling issues, and prioritize items based on executive/team needsCoordinate travel logistics: Manage reservations for flights, hotels, trains, and rental cars, and handle travel delays and cancellationsProcess expense reports, expense reimbursements, and employee timesheets in a timely manner to ensure deadlines are metSupport specific external and large team scheduling activity for the Concentric leadership teamApply meticulous attention to detail across all responsibilitiesAct as a spokesperson for Ginkgo and uphold company culture throughout all levels of internal and external communicationDesired Experience and Capabilities Bachelor's degreeStrong aptitude for identifying and prioritizing issues, as well as responding to rapidly shifting priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to listen effectively and execute tasks with precisionAbility to communicate and work well with a wide range of team members and their respective work styles, and a genuine enjoyment of relationship-buildingProficiency with G-Suite applications (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, etc.)Relentless attention to detail, keen ability to organize the world around you, and enjoy variety in your jobEnthusiasm about being a part of Ginkgo's missionTo learn more about Ginkgo, check out some recent press:What is it really like to take your company public via a SPAC?
