Position Summary:

Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) Back Office seeks a team member to manage collateral related duties. The job responsibility includes reconciling collateral and margin movements versus custodian bank, clearing agent and financial counterparties for fixed income and derivative related products.

Responsibilities:

• Issuing and responding to margin calls, collateral allocation and processing, the dispute resolution process, and/or collateral settlement


• Research and resolve exceptions, perform reconciliations, and designing controls to identify incorrect transactions or issues.


• Assist in regulatory reporting reconciliations


• Enforce the controls regarding settlements instructions and payments processing


• Assist in responding to queries from internal and external audits.


• Enforce the controls regarding settlements instruction setup.


• Execute controls around regulatory reporting


• Document any updates or changes to formal procedures

• 3 to 4 years of related experience is Banking. Preference for experience in Fixed Income, Derivative or Collateral Operations.


• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting


• Proficient in MS Excel including advanced formulas, VLookups and Pivot tables)


• Experience with Interest Rate Swap and Fixed Income products.


• Experience with reconciliations and payment investigations


• Ability to work independently, take initiative and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a deadline driven environment


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Deadline and detail oriented
