Infosys is seeking a Banking Business Analyst.This position's primary responsibility will be to help enterprises achieve greater business connect, faster user acceptance, and shorter turnaround times & act as a key contributor in the team at different phases of the project including discovery, solution generation, design/architecture and the detailing of the overall process. The chosen candidate will be involved in the recommendation, configuration, evaluation and deployment of high-quality solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education At least 5 years of experience in Information Technology. Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Boston, MA or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations. U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time. Experience around end-to end value chain in Commercial Lending domainPreferred Qualifications At least 6 years of experience in the finance industry as a Business Analyst. Experience in Commercial lending products like AFS Vision is a plus. Experience in Loan Accounting and Lending operational processes. Solid experience in having elicited and documented reporting requirements in financial industry. At least 5 years of experience in developing business cases, requirements, user stories, test plans, test strategies, and test cases. Analytical and Communication skills. Planning and Co-ordination skills. Experience with project management.The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
