Perform day-to-day tasks in support of the institutional and WRAP fee billing oversight process to ensure accuracy of fees and compliance with business and SOX controls. Provide ongoing billing-related support for institutional and WRAP clients and the Columbia Threadneedle Investments Relationship Management team.

Responsibilities

- Perform reviews of monthly and quarterly institutional separate account and WRAP account invoices and fee calculations, testing for accuracy and compliance with investment management agreements.
- Prepare complex fee calculations for certain accounts.
- Monitor the team mailbox on a daily basis and track requests. Respond to requests in a timely manner or assign requests to other team members as needed.
- Provide ongoing billing-related support to external clients and internal business partners.
- Track new and terminated accounts to ensure accounts are appropriately on-boarded / off-boarded from the fee billing system.
- Prepare weekly and monthly internal reports tracking invoicing status.
- Assist management in the preparation of various ad hoc reports and projects.

Required Qualifications

-Associate degree or equivalent
-3-5 years of relevant work experience
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
-Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-Ability to work independently and serve as part of a team.
-Strong process and time management skills, with ability to manage multiple concurrent responsibilities in a constantly changing environment.
-Model solid work habits including problem solving.
-Ability to work well with others.
-Ability to work effectively with other internal departments such as Corporate Receivables, Relationship Management, Client Admin, Contracts Office, and Legal.
