Job description

Fast- growing software company seeks an experienced Business/Sales Development Manger to lead and build further the sales development activity for the U.S.


This is a high-visibility position! Lucrative compensation package!


This is an immediate opportunity and a full time role for one of our clients!

Must live in the Eastern or Central U.S.


Will lead the team in generating qualified leads and contribute to growing the sales pipeline.


Will work closely with Sales/Account Executives to conduct targeted outbound account prospecting.


Responsibilities for Business Development Manager (People Manager)- Remote

  • Manage the local team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
  • Consistently achieve qualified opportunity quotas, as set for the entire team, to ensure territory revenue.
  • Stay informed about new products, services, and other general information of interest to customers, through successful completion of training and self-study.
  • Create policies methodologies and work processes for the team.


Requirements for Business Development Manager (People Manager)- Remote

  • Experience working for a SaaS/enterprise software firm. Knowledge of cybersecurity solutions a plus.
  • 1-2+ years of experience managing SDRs.
  • Will need strong communication, people, and system building skills to lead top-notch performance among the Sales Development team
  • Strategic, results-driven, structured, and data-oriented
  • Drive quota achievement by focusing on sales qualified opportunities
  • Build a sales development framework that aligns with the company's strategic direction and convert it into the pipeline.
  • Must have Inbound & Outbound experience
  • Training and developing the SDRs (including building a consistent training plan)
  • Experience with SDR enablement, training and on-boarding new hires
  • Ability to proactively recommend ideas and execute on planned activities
  • Salesforce experience - MUST
  • Understanding and experience in SaaS
  • Ability to travel, including light global travel. Overall travel: about 10-20%.
