Your Impact
The Business Development Representative (BDR) is a sales training role that is tasked with identifying potential opportunities and spreading the word about Onshape. The BDR role is not only critical to the Inside Sales team's success but provides a direct career path to a closing sales role!

Your Team
The Inside Sales Team prospect into and close new-new accounts in the SMB space. BDR's are critical in qualifying inbound leads for Account Executives and fueling their pipeline and the growth of the business.

Day-To-Day:

• Calling and emailing inbound leads
• Qualifying prospects and scheduling meetings with Account Executives
• Tracking leads throughout their buyer journey
• Observing AE demo's and closing calls

Preferred Skills:

• Verbal Communication
• Organizational Skills
• Attention to Detail
• Process Oriented
• Willingness to hear "no"

Preferred Experience:

• 0-1+ years experience teleprospecting
• 0-1+ in a sales position

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degreeor equivalent work experience
