Mightier is a family-based program developed at Boston Childrens Hospital that empowers children to improve their emotional health and supports the caregivers who love them. With Mightiers innovative game system, players are able to practice keeping their cool while playing fun, award-winning mobile games. Three clinical trials at Boston Children's Hospital, Harvard, and Mass General have shown Mightier works as well as medications. The program has served over 50,000 families with over 10 million games played. Our mission is to empower _every_ child to become Mightier in their emotions.

We believe the best way to solve the access, stigma, and engagement problems in mental health is to give families direct access to an empowering, proven program. There are >20M+ kids struggling with their emotions and millions more who could benefit from learning self-regulation to help them thrive in life.
We are looking for a creative visionary who is passionate about the power of brand, design and the customer experience to impact the future direction of Mightier. This role will report to the CMO and be instrumental in shaping the companys brand presentation and visual storytelling.
As Creative Director, you will lead the development of the creative vision of the Mightier brand, concept marketing campaigns and oversee ongoing creative execution. This leader will play a critical role in building brand awareness and consideration, as well as driving customer acquisition and retention.
The Creative Director must bring experience in leading a creative team, including internal and external designers and copywriters. This role requires a manager-doer who can delegate well, but is also willing to get hands-on with the work. This leader understands how to balance robust, idea-driven work with high volume, day-to-day production needs. Above all else, the Creative Director understands that achieving business results is the most important measure of success.
What will you do at Mightier as a Creative Director?
Evolve, codify, and steward the Mightier brand through visual identity, voice and tone, and creative campaigns.
Develop a culture of design excellence and brand stewardship across the business.
Under the direction of the CMO, direct the creative ideation and execution for all marketing and brand activities, including paid and organic media, web assets, app store presentations, emails, brand partnerships, and more
Partner across the organization to empower cross-functional teams to uphold the Mightier brand for all key touchpoints with the company
Keep your finger on the pulse of design trends and tools and bring the best ideas back to Mightier, ensuring our creative output is always fresh and our creative processes are best in class.
Partner with Growth team to continuously test and evolve a creative strategy for paid media
Bring a solution-oriented approach to solving internal and external challenges
Foster a positive culture of teamwork, service, and solution-oriented thinking
You may be fit for this role if you have:
10-15 years of total experience in a Creative Brand/Design function.
In-house experience on the Brand/Creative team at a brand-forward company, growing/leading a creative team, preferably in a position of leadership.
A deeply strategic approach to design and copy and a passion for how words and visuals come together to define what a brand feels like in the world.
Openness to experimentation and a tasteful portfolio that conveys attention to detail and craft.
Experience leading people, managing budgets, and collaborating cross-functionally with a multidisciplinary team.
Experience in a startup environment. is a plus.
A perspective on how to design processes that yield the best work.
Demonstrated work with Video strongly preferred.
Multiple years of experience leading a multi-disciplinary creative team is a plus
Excellent communication skills
A love of learning and creative & artistic interests.
Experience in a consumer subscription business is a plus
