Responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

* Provide exceptional customer service and be proficient in all client experience technologies

* Act as an expert in all services offered throughout the building - commuter benefits, fitness center, Barista/Market, meeting/conference room bookings, desk booking , etc.

* Manages employee commuter reimbursements

* Monitors guest registration - guides employees through the registration process; checks in guests and notifies the employees when guests arrive.

* Assists employees with registering for the fitness center

* Determines new services for the reception desk and oversees all existing services - local discounts, recommendations in the area, bike program.

* Continuously updates Experience playbook to make sure all information is up to date.

* Audits internal employee site as information changes.

* Walks the reception area to ensure space is kept orderly.

* Assists the team as needed for coverage and additional support.

Minimum Qualifications

* Strong attention to detail

* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

* Strong verbal, written, organizational, time management and interpersonal communication skills
