Summary of Work

* Museum Responsibilities:
* Act as a point of contact for museum visitors and be a tour guide when needed for external and internal guests - manage the visitor calendar ensuring that capacity limits are followed.
* Develop and maintain statistics system to track number of visitors to the museum and their overall experience
* Work with the data analyst to create surveys to determine different trends within the space

* Fitness Center Responsibilities:
* Ensure the employee experience is exceptional
* Propose improvements based on feedback from employees (surveys, comments, feedback)

* Keeps the space orderly and makes sure all items are put away
* Restocks towels and supplies in the locker rooms
* Submits tickets for items that need to be fixed

* Misc. Responsibilities
* Audits Converse Connect and other internal mediums to make sure information is current.
* Assists in covering the Brand Ambassador for PTO/Lunch breaks
* Provides exceptional customer service and is proficient in all Client Experience Technologies

Minimum Qualifications

* Maintain confidentiality and follow corporate policies
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and ask questions
* Ability to maintain focus while working on several projects at once
* Strong verbal, written, organizational, time management, and interpersonal communication skills
* Willingness to learn new tasks and programs

Desirable Qualifications

* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and the Adobe Creative Suite
* Strong customer service skills
* Ability to multitask
