WHAT YOU'LL DO

This co-op position on the Estimate Team offers a great opportunity to experience, learn and contribute to a regional Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team in a dynamic, demanding and fast-paced environment within BCG's North America (NAMR) Business Services Team. This position has the potential to be involved in many strategic management conversations, offering valuable insight in managing the firm's business objectives.

As a member of the Estimate team your primary responsibilities will include preparing multiple weekly and monthly reports and providing analysis to support key leaders in our business, including our Regional Chair. You will also support and work with our regional team, local offices, and global finance during our annual budget and forecast process. In addition, you will be supporting our team by assisting in various ad hoc reporting throughout your co-op experience.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
  • Individual enrolled in a BS/BS in Business program (Finance or Accounting preferred)

  • Preferably a sophomore or above with strong academic performance

  • Good Excel and Power Point experience

  • Strong organization, communication, and presentation skills with demonstrated ability to drive projects to conclusion

  • Prior work/ co-op experience a plus

  • Must meet the co-op program eligibility requirements of the current college/university's academic department and student must be approved by the college/university to participate in the co-op program

  • Must be able to work full-time (40 hours/week) throughout the minimum duration of the co-op cycle (January-June)

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States


YOU'LL WORK WITH

The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team provides analysis and reports to help North America (NAMR) regional leadership make informed strategic decisions. FP&A also supports a variety of internal customers across functions and offices throughout the US, Canada, and Mexico.

Part of the FP&A function, the NAMR Estimate Team's key responsibilities include running the region's budgeting and planning processes and overseeing and analyzing people capacity and costs.
