Job description

Services to be performed The Recruiter will manage candidates through the full recruiting lifecycle by building and execute search strategies for non-tech reqs, managing applicant pools, identifying high-value talent, leveraging employee networks and tracking candidate lifecycles.

Minimum Requirements

6+ months of recruiting experience in an agency, corporate or executive search environment

Experience managing candidate pipelines and lists using sophisticated tracking techniques

Experience analyzing market trends and data mining for talent

Knowledge of recruiting research methods, frameworks and tools.

Strong candidate engagement practices

Ability to manage a high-volume candidate pipeline

Desired Skills

BA/BS degree

Prior experience recruiting non-tech talent, specifically warehouse, packing, delivery, shift supervisor, cherry picker or other industrial roles

Passionate about recruiting a diverse pool of candidates

Strong project management skills
