  • Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, we are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner that will be responsible to partner with business leadership on workforce planning initiatives and to support employees on their 3DS Journey

What will your role be?
  • This position will partner with Dassault Systemes' business leadership and support employees of different functions in the organization
  • As a key member of the North American Human Resources team, you will be a steward of our greatest strategic asset: our employees

The challenges ahead
  • This role will be responsible for managing all aspects of a wide range of areas including employee relations, annual performance reviews, internal mobility, immigration, and learning and certification
  • Establish and develop "trusted advisor" relationships with internal customers
  • In partnership with business leaders, develop talent management plans the support business transformation as part of workforce planning efforts
  • Partner with Americas HR Centers of Expertise as well as our Legal and Payroll, line management and employees; provide a point of contact for managers and employees
  • Act as the "voice of the customer" for all DS brands and departments and elevate issues as needed
  • Provide internal consultancy on a range of HR topics such as performance management, talent development, compensation & benefits
  • Ensure that organizational processes and relationships are fair and equitable
  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition to ensure growth demands for the Americas Geo are met
  • Act as a consultant with the business on all aspects of talent related initiatives, programs and activities
  • Compensation & Performance cycle management; including compensation review, performance reviews and identifying high potential employees
  • Manager Development & Coaching

Your key success factors?
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Ideally a minimum of 5 years' of experience in a Human Resources capacity
  • Strong communication skills, excellence in distilling the heart of the issue at hand and offering succinct solutions
  • Proven ability to effectively manage competing priorities and work in a matrixed organization
  • Working knowledge of applicable Federal, state and local laws and regulations related to the human resource function (such as FLSA, FMLA, ADA, etc.)
  • A high degree of professionalism and the proven ability to maintain confidentiality will be required
