Job description

Looking for an IT Help Desk Manager for one of Boston's leading investment management service providers. In this role you will be a hands on Help Desk Manager who oversees a small IT support team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve requests made through the firm's ticket system in a timely manner
  • Recommend, implement, and test new hardware and solutions that support business needs
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Lead the technical support staff


Requirements:

  • Has a bachelors in a technology related field
  • 5+ years work experience
  • 2+ years experience managing a support team


Technology required:

Systems: Windows 10, Server OS, Apple iOS

Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, GPO, Active Directory, VPN

Hardware: Laptops, Workstations, Thin Clients, Printers, A/V systems

Software: Ticket system. Microsoft teams, RingCentral, OneDrive, Exchange, Office365, Cisco Umbrella, Mimecast, Adobe Acrobat
