RESPONSIBILITIES

Key responsibilities of the Junior Business Systems Analyst include the following:

System Implementation

  • Takes direction from the Business Systems Analyst or Client Services Lead in support of implementation of client RTSM applications to enable client start-up targets
  • Log, track and drive resolution of functional and technical issues discovered during implementation and prior to go-live
  • Assist with project build and documentation
  • Assist with project specific validation activities including study testing, system setup and implementation activities,
  • Support system integration activities
  • Assist with client UAT activities or conduct

System Operations

  • May serve as Customer Support point of escalation for any system or support issues where required; assist with creation of training materials
  • Maintain study issue logs for builds or validation activities

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

No previous experience is required with the appropriate degree.

EDUCATION AND/OR CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

The candidate must possess at minimum a bachelor's degree in a life science, supply chain management, or information technology field, or equivalent experience.
