Provide supervision for receptionist area. Recruit, interview, hire, train and supervise student staff. Inform incoming grad students/parentsregarding rental market/conditions. Supervise the leasing of all residential apartments. Conduct lease signings with new tenants. Maintain tenant relations. Assist in coordination of occupancy schedule.Assist maintenance department with apartment inspections. Update tenant information in Skyline database. Liaison with Housing Office regarding problems in mixed use buildings. Maintain 580 Commonwealth Avenue waitlist. Assist and maintain RPM website. Activate and de-activate ID swipe access at 580 Commonwealth Avenue/MSR. Coordinate week end and evening move ins. Perform market research. Assist with preparation of rent increase proposals. Assist in preparation and distribution of marketing materials. Serve as the contact for Graduate Schools Admissions Offices. Assist in purchasing for Furnished Visitor Apartments (FVAs). Serve as the contact for FVA tenants in Assistant Directors absence. Perform annual file maintenance. Monitor and update weekly/monthly dashboard data. Design and distribute RPM media kit to graduate school contacts. Manage the social media aspect of RPM. Assist with Matrix data for annual budget report. Special projects as assigned.

Required Skills

B.A./B.S., one to three years of experience.
