About Brooks International:

Brooks International is seeking individuals with a proven track record of success to join our award-winning, Global Professional Services Firm. Founded in 1960, we are intimately known by Private Equity, Global 2000 CEOs and Privately Held Chairs as a unique Executive Services company and remain unmatched in the marketplace. As a profit-motivated firm that serves the direct and focused interest of the client CEO, we specifically deliver to our client's strategic imperatives, singularly delivering rapidly executed business and financial possibilities. Moreover, our approach integrates both tactical and behavioral step change upgrades. All business benefits generated incorporate organizational considerations, which are behaviorally sustainable and deliver accelerated and extraordinary short and long term profit value.

Position Overview:

Managing Partners are executives within the firm and are accountable for the successful execution of Brooks International's Business Development and Engagement Delivery which includes Assessment and Implementation phases.

  • Business Development - Managing Partners are assigned a predetermined and established territory, and through a series of client CEO meetings (virtual and on-site) extract the client's critical strategic imperative and develop "trusted advisory" relationships to the point where an Assessment is authorized.
  • Engagement Delivery (Assessment) - Managing Partners lead their team of Engagement Managers and Consultants through a four week Assessment of the client's current state, quantifying the financial benefit impact Brooks International can deliver during an Implementation Engagement.
  • Engagement Delivery (Implementation) - Managing Partners maintain responsibility for client success and maintaining "trusted advisor" relationships throughout the length of an Implementation Engagement, securing delivery of the committed benefits and optimizing client satisfaction, ultimately maximizing fee billing potential throughout the client's organization and referral opportunities. Managing Partners lead their Engagement Managers in architecting the client's future state operating model, and through the engagement team, implement solutions that deliver the attainment of the business world's most demanding real-time outcomes.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • 2-8 years of successful P&L ownership in a rigorous environment, such as a global or Fortune 500 company with a track record of success at one of the following organizational levels: CEO, COO, Division President/Vice President or General Manager.
  • CEO/Board level communication, presentation and interpersonal skills; self-confidence and executive presence.
  • Possesses innate quantitative reasoning capability, is highly insightful and capable of achieving the required outcomes under all conditions and at all times - a winner who is unwilling to fail.
  • Applies premier listening skills and is capable of serving in a business context at the highest order.
  • Is a practitioner of humility and empathy in balance with maximum intensity to purpose.
  • Comprehensive leadership capability inclusive of team member development/advancement, informal mentoring and chronic deployment of cultural requirements.
  • The ability to travel and work directly on multiple prospect and client sites each week, no relocation is necessary (paid travel, lodging, transportation, meals, cellular etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is required, MBA is preferred.
  • The following personal attributes: intellectual curiosity, a passion for business leadership, a positive attitude and belief in what's possible, unwavering self-discipline, commitment to mission and the inherent urge to do what's right.
  • The ability and commitment to: maintain professionalism at all times, execute under pressure while achieving the highest level of quality, seek direction and improve the skills of your team to achieve rapid professional development within your portfolio of resources.
  • The legal right to work full time in the United States without the requirement of sponsorship by either a company or third party.

Compensation:

An effective Managing Partner is expected to earn a total annual compensation between $1 to $2 million. The position offers unlimited incentive earnings potential, a comprehensive benefit package, including employer funded health, vision and dental benefits, life insurance, short and long term disability, 401(k) savings plan and paid time off.

Recruitment Process and Position Location:

Please apply for the Managing Partner role through LinkedIn if you would like an opportunity to be invited to an upcoming live virtual recruitment event. These events have limited capacity to ensure that all attendees have an opportunity to a live Q&A with the CEO and an interview with a Brooks International team member. These events are designed as the first step in the Talent Acquisition process. There is flexibility in the location of the role as Managing Partners work directly on prospect and client sites. Therefore, weekly travel is required but relocation is not.
