About the position

This position is an Office Receptionist / Executive Assistant who will be responsible for providing support to the daily smooth functioning of the office, as well as assisting the executive team on an as needed basis with day to day tasks. The goal of this role is to increase the overall efficiency and happiness of the office by being the key point of contact to our visitors while assisting the executive team.

Job Functions


  • Assist in day to day operations of the office
  • Provide assistance as needed to the executive team members on things such as travel booking, meeting coordination, guest coordination
  • Welcome visitors to the office and guide them to conference rooms, offer refreshments and overall create a welcoming environment for those joining us in person for interviews, presentations or other meetings
  • Be creative in ways to make the office environment productive and enjoyable for our team members, be that find clever ways to recognize people on their birthdays, or surprise in-office micro-events.
  • Answer incoming phone calls as needed.

Experience


  • A minimum of three (3) years experience operating in a team environment, with a preference towards the technology or real estate spaces
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • A positive and upbeat attitude
  • Ability to prioritize and work independently if needed
  • Strong computer literacy in programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel
