The Opportunity::
Enel X is looking for a highly talented and motivated Senior Business Analyst to work within the Global Customer operations team. The Senior Business Analysts will work with Global teams to deploy a new instance of Salesforce to enable a global platform to deliver high-quality customer experience to our customers and simplify the experience of internal stakeholders.
What You'll Do at Enel::
Ensures adoption and implementation of a new instance of Salesforce; related processes development within Country/Region, in compliance with country laws and regulations
Identifies & shares best practice across countries in order to guarantee the company's operational excellence
Coordinates knowledge sharing and training activities to spread knowledge and use of the best tools and processes to support and defined at company level and to support the development of a "customer operations community"
Identifies gaps in the new platform, work with global teams to address these gaps and follow up / escalate as necessary to ensure successful transition of Salesforce and related applications, with a view towards minimizing business disruption
Work with various business lines within the US and Canada to ensure the requirements of each business is adequately met
What You've Accomplished::
Education; Bachelor's degree in Economics or Engineering
Minimum 5-8 years of professional experience
Experience in the context of project management and operational process analysis
Knowledge in customer operations processes and X-customer capabilities are preferential
Must have relationship skills and predisposition to work in team
Goal orientated to achieve results
Proactive in proposing ideas and solutions with a propensity for innovation
Flexibility and ability to adapt to dynamic contexts
Good project management skills
