Job DescriptionAs a member of the Compensation Operations team, analyze and report on compensation data sets to evaluate, recommend and support the Compensation team with implementation of business strategies and operational processes. Act as the subject matter expert for Compensation Surveys and the annual merit/bonus review process (year-end). Assist with miscellaneous projects as needed, and help make existing processes as effective and efficient as possible.If you are not located close to a physical office, remote work is considered for qualified candidates.ResponsibilitiesOpportunity to join a function within the compensation team focused on the operations / day-to-day activities to ensure the compensation consulting team provides top notch consulting to HR Business Partners and leaders.May perform activities related to any number of compensation programs including base salary, incentive plans, survey submission, year-end processes, job codes/titles, system maintenance, etc. Would be responsible for the operations pertaining to survey submission and results review, the year-end process, and facets of Core Compensation configuration within Workday. Expected to lead one or more key compensation process throughout the year, such as coordinating the annual compensation documentation review process and leading the full compensation team through the year-end process.Partner with other compensation team members to provide support on medium complexity requests regarding compensation systems and processes. Utilize and assist in the maintenance of Workday core compensation, MarketPay survey tool and the year-end compensation tool.Identify opportunities and suggest solutions for development or modification of various compensation processes (year-end administration, job architecture, etc.) through data analysis. Create and maintain documentation of processes.Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree or equivalent (4-years)3-5 years of relevant experienceAbility to identify issues and develop potential solutionsStrong verbal and written communication skills required to discuss issues and articulate program/policy interpretation to primarily HR staffAbility to build strong working relationships through delivery of credible work productStrong organizational skills with ability to handle numerous projects simultaneously with great attention to detailStrong skills with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPointDemonstrated ability to analyze and manipulate data to identify trends or patternsPreferred QualificationsWorking knowledge of MarketPay pricing tool, SharePoint, Microsoft Access, Workday, and query reporting toolsExperience working with McLagan, Mercer and Radford SurveysDemonstrated project management skills to lead small to medium sized projects/processesCertified Comp Professional (CCP)About Our CompanyWith the right company, life can Be Brilliant.
