About the role Roku's programmatic TV-first Ad Platform is going through a crazy growth spurt. With growth comes complexity and diversity of needs. As a Senior Product Manager of Identity you'll be driving your own roadmap while also working across product lines and business units that contribute to and leverage Roku's identity and device graph solutions. You will be a key contributor to the team that drives product strategy around unifying toolsets, processes and workflows needed to meet diverse set of needs of advertisers, publishers and partners on the Roku Ad Platform. You will collaborate closely with a cross-functional team of engineers, ad operations, partnerships, inventory and client services leaders to execute key identity and privacy initiatives. Your primary objectives will be campaign success and happiness of campaign management teams. What you'll be doing Identity is foundational to Roku's advertising products and in this role you'll be able to impact the entire advertising platform that reaches hundreds of millions of consumers. You will be future-proofing Roku's ad business and the OneView Ad Platform in a constantly changing identity ecosystem and helping us evolve with the global privacy landscape Owning the roadmap for advertising identity products built on Roku's unique first-party data assets Managing integrations with identity and device graph partners and monitoring the health and integrity of those integrations Driving the identity strategy for Roku's advertising business and coordinating across Roku's hardware business, international business and advertising business Partnering with Sales and PMM on best practices for leveraging our identity products and services Aligning product requirements for planning, targeting, measurement and optimization with our identity solutions Crafting objectives & key results, product requirements definitions and operational requirements Staying on top of changes and trends in the identity and advertising landscape, translate them into POVs, and sharing with engineering, product and business teams We're excited if you have 5+ years of experience in product management with 3+ years on advertising and marketing technologies Experience building device graph products with deterministic and/or probabilistic data A working knowledge of the identity products in market and how they work A strong point of view about consumer privacy and its impact on identity in advertising A habit of digging through the data yourself to find answers to your questions Excellent written and oral communication skills to lead executive product reviews or talk one on one with a client Completed multiple product cycles, from conception to in-market. Experience in a start-up environmentoryou can demonstrate an entrepreneurial approach in your roles and an understanding of working in a low-resource environment. You are creative when appropriate but analytic in execution. You are relentlessly focused ondelivery andunderstand the value of getting MVPs and products out the door, so we can learn and modify as we go along. You don't allow obstacles to deflect or deter you; you are a master of prioritization of your own time and the team's time Willingness to travel (when it is safe to do so again) for in-person meetings in San Jose, Boston, and New York.
