Job description

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define target accounts and goals with the sales team
  • Build close relationship with the sales team to define a list of target accounts
  • Define Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 accounts
  • Create relevant personae in partnership with marketing and sales stakeholders
  • Gather meaningful information on each account, from internal and external sources and tools
  • Work with partnership team and competitive intelligence team to fully understand account landscape
  • Define specific goals for Tier 1, 2, 3 accounts
  • Align with sales team on these goals, timeline and measures for success
  • Set a plan according to agreed goals
  • Define a prioritized strategy for multiple account tiers
  • Build an action plan with key steps and milestones
  • Set KPIs accordingly
  • Involve relevant teams and experts
  • Identify gaps and propose solutions to solve issues
  • Share plans with AE and secure buy-in
  • Leverage global marketing team
  • Execute activities to attract, engage, convert and delight potential customers
  • Map existing content towards goals, personas, funnel
  • Identify gaps and work with the global marketing team on missing pieces
  • Leverage all internal resources required for marketing events, programs, campaigns and activities that will support plans
  • Work with partner marketing according to plan
  • Execute plan
  • Run activities as set in the plan
  • Manage dedicated budget
  • Measure against KPIs and goals, refine and amplify accordingly
  • Share results with internal stakeholders

YOU'VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES, IF YOU

  • Have +8 years of B2B technology marketing experience for a fast-paced software/SaaS company (Healthcare experience is a plus)
  • Have at +3 years experience in Account Based Marketing activities
  • Are comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Are committed to delivering high quality campaigns and ensuring attention to detail
  • Possess agility and reactivity to changing priorities, market forces and competitive pressures
  • Are a results driven, sales-oriented and creative professional
  • Have excellent communication skills at all levels of the organization
  • Have ability to travel as needed in support of events
