First Aid Beauty is a rapidly expanding skincare brand that is sold at Sephora, Ulta, QVC and several international partners. First Aid Beauty was acquired by P&G, a multi-billion dollar consumer goods conglomerate in 2018 and the candidate who will be hired in this role will be a P&G employee, whose work will focus on First Aid Beauty.

The Staff accountant/ Financial Analyst position, reporting to the Accounting Manager and Assistant Controller, will be responsible for recording and posting daily activity related to A/P, A/R, inventory, cash etc. It is an important role within the accounting group and will contribute to the day-to-day operations in the accounting and production department.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Record inventory transactions: receipts, build assemble, transfers and adjustment
• Record and post daily cash deposits, reconciliation of cash
• Customer invoicing, A/R collections and customer credit
• Review and post vendor invoices and monitoring A/P
• Maintenance of administrative records and document filing system.
• Work on special projects as needed

Qualifications

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.) in accounting/finance from a four-year college or university required. 1-2 years of accounting experience preferably in a manufacturing/inventory work environment.
