The Talent Acquisition Operations Manager will be part of a team responsible for building a standardized framework for our global recruiting process. This role will focus on system and process improvements that bring efficiency to Talent Acquisition and critical business groups. You will partner with TA leadership, recruiters, and key cross-functional partners to understand challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and align your orations strategy with evolving business needs and priorities. What you'll do as a Talent Acquisition Operations Manager:

  • Manage critical projects by clearly defining the objective, scope of work, data-backed solutions, while including cross-functional collaboration to bring efficiency and effectiveness to the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Use quantitative and qualitative data to inform process improvements and drive change management within the global Talent Acquisition team.
  • Partner with the TA leadership team and recruiters to help define areas of opportunity to increase production while maintaining a great overall experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Define and develop onboarding and training programs for new and tenured recruiters.
  • Conduct weekly reporting audits to ensure consistent data hygiene practices are in place specific to recruiting and hiring metrics.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiation, renewals, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Regularly analyze critical recruiting metrics to assess recruiting efficiency and identify potential risks or barriers used to influence future decisions and the development of impactful solutions.
What you'll bring:
  • Bachelor's Degree with 7+ years of experience working within Talent Acquisition, ideally in a fast-paced, growth-oriented company.
  • 2+ years of experience leading, managing, projects.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Office 365, Google Suite, Tableau, and Workday. Experience with Confluence is considered a plus.
