Job Description:

Pentair's Brookfield manufacturing facility is looking to fill a temporary Recruiting Coordinator, supporting HR and Operations. The duration of the assignment is undetermined, but expected to be until the end of the year or longer.

Pay and Schedule:
• The position will pay $17.50 - $23.00 an hour
• This role will work between 30-40 hours a week
• The position will have a set schedule, but there is flexibility built in to accommodate personal commitments

Responsibilities
Collaborating with the local HR Business Partner and site leadership, the Recruiting Coordinator's responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Creating and posting hourly manufacturing jobs on career sites
• Screening resumes and scheduling interviews for hiring managers
• Providing support for candidates throughout the selection process

Skills and Experience Requirements
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Team player with a high sense of urgency and ability to adapt to a quickly changing environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative
• Excellent technical skill and aptitude
• Customer first focus & strong customer consultation skills
• Self-motivated, strong time management, and organization skills

Travel
Travel will not be required
