Job Overview
Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. (KDP) is seeking an experienced, business-minded and self-motivated paralegal support the advertising and marketing teams for our exciting brands, which include Keurig, The Original Donut Shop, Dr Pepper, Snapple, Core, Mott's and Bai. The Paralegal will be an integral member of the KDP Legal Department and will support the marketing teams by reviewing promotions agreements and sweepstakes and advertising and packaging content. Success in this role will come not only from exceptional paralegal skills, but also excellent judgment, strong communication skills, and initiative to pick up diverse responsibilities.
The role reports to the Vice President, Associate General Counsel (Intellectual Property, Marketing and R&D)
What you will do:
Key Responsibilities:
- Support dynamic cutting-edge marketing teams in the review and approval of advertising, packaging, and social media.
- Draft and agreements for talent, sponsorships, NDAs, and promotions for attorneys and internal clients.
- Enter legal agreements into KDP's contract management system for tracking and ongoing management.
- Work collaboratively with internal business teams to ensure workflow and project completion timelines are being achieved.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred.
- Minimum of 5+ years of relevant in house or law firm paralegal experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong business judgment, and ability to collaborate closely with stakeholders from different disciplines outside of and within a team.
- Proficiency with relevant Microsoft Office software programs, specifically MS Word and PowerPoint.
- Ability to handle high volume or work in fast-paced environment and prioritize among competing deadlines.

- Willingness to travel as necessary but minimal.
