Your Role:

As part of our impactful global team, you will play a key role in various exciting initiatives with a strong focus on data analytics and managing strategic initiatives running in our Life Science Business Units.

Based on Business needs you will conduct specific people analytics for specific Business Units, design and facilitate "deeper-dive analytics", i.e. understand the analyzed data, raise issues that were identified, and propose actions for identified areas. With convincing presentations for the business you "tell your data story". A second pillar in your responsibility is managing and / or contributing to strategic HR initiatives for your respective Business Unit: You set up and/or take over the management of the initiatives, programs, or workstreams applying excellent project management practice in close collaboration with the Global Sector HRBP and Business representatives. You contribute your own expertise to shape the outcome of the people initiative; prepare reports and presentations for upper management, ensure that work packages are delivered on-time and within scope.

As part of the team you work on the continuous improvement, development, and harmonization of our Life Science HR processes to ensure the business gets the strategic support needed to ensure the high growth aspirations in Life Science. You will collaborate with our Sector Solution Partners, Global HRBP, controlling and will liaise with Innovation HR to ensure that concepts support the Life Science's strategic goals and are in line with the overall HR approaches.

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualificatons:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in similar roles in a global context in HR


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Distinctive project management skills
  • Graduate degree
  • Ability to interact with and manage senior management stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking
  • Experienced in building meaningful and convincing presentations ("Story telling") and in presenting to senior management
  • Business-fluent in English
