Client Domain/Industry: Experis, a ManpowerGroup company has an exciting contract opportunity for a Business Systems Analyst. This position is a 6-month contract with one of our key clients.

Key Responsibilities and Duties


As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be one of the key liaisons between the Client Human Resources & Payroll business teams and the IT Team. You'll apply skills in project management, business analysis, requirements gathering, functional testing, change management, and training to implement business processes and applications.


As a Business Systems Analyst Senior, you will be responsible for:



  • Acting as a senior liaison between Human Resources & Payroll and IT communities for all ERP systems' needs.

  • Supporting and enhancing the Software Development Life Cycle framework.

  • Leading facilitated sessions with the business community to define and plan the deployment of application solutions.

  • Communicating project status and escalating issues to management.

  • Developing and executing system test plans and scenarios.

  • Preparing training materials for deployment of applications, modules, enhancements, and bug fixes.



Do what you love to be successful in this role you will:



  • Have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree or 5 years of relevant experience and a master's degree.

  • Be experienced in Oracle R12 eBS HRMS Modules with strong configuration Knowledge of Core HR Module.

  • Ability to demonstrate complete understanding of general HR business processes with strong functional knowledge of Hire to Retire processes

  • Good knowledge of building integrations between various Internal HR applications - on Premise and SaaS/Cloud applications

  • Good knowledge of building integrations between Internal HR applications with external third-party SaaS applications

  • Good knowledge of Manager and Employee Self Service Modules, Approvals Management Engine, Oracle Workflows

  • Good knowledge of SQL on an Oracle database environment.

  • Project management skills.

  • Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation and Oracle Taleo will be an advantage

  • Be a problem solver with technical troubleshooting skills and able to manage multiple high priority assignments

  • Be detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Be able to analyze data, provide actionable solutions and thought leadership to internal and external stakeholders

  • Be a good team player, able to collaborate, prioritize, and solve problems in a fast-changing environment

  • Have experience with corporate business operations

  • Be action-orientated and be able to identify areas for innovation and improvement
