Job description
The Lead Field Auditor will ensure the successful functioning of Vinfen's company compliance plan. The Lead Field Auditor will work to identify areas of potential risk to Vinfen and develop a multi-year plan for improvement in policies, documentation, training, and auditing to address identified risks. The Lead Field Auditor's responsibilities include:
* Identify and inform organization of key changes in federal, state, or local regulations which might impact operational or administrative processes.
* Ensure the documentation of systems/processes. Develop and deliver ongoing training in critical audit areas as well as on new policies and procedures.
* Design, oversee, and participate in audits aimed at ensuring compliance.
* Synthesize feedback, as well as audits results, to create an overall and ongoing assessment of compliance.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

* High School diploma or equivalent is required.
* At least three to five years' internal audit experience; knowledge of federal and state regulations a plus, knowledge of data mining tools (i.e. excel, ACL).
* Certified internal auditor
* Knowledge of national accreditation standards, auditing and monitoring processes and evaluation techniques
* Knowledge of personal computer applications and equipment
* Knowledge and ability to research federal and state regulations
