In this role, you have the opportunity to
Perform budgeting, planning, and analysis activities for sales operations for Sleep & Respiratory
Care (SRC). You will review capital expenditures and analyze sales-related expenses associated
with such things as the order pipeline, bookings, revenue forecasting, revenue reporting, sales
productivity, and goal attainment.
Additionally, you will execute regular variance analysis for expenses and budgets; as well as,
evaluate pricing structures to ensure fit with company objectives. In this role, you will effectively
incorporate client delivery schedules and operational changes into future revenue forecasts and
revenue timeline considerations.
Other responsibilities will include, maintaining and enhancing salesforce automation systems,
product/service costing models, and margin management tools/systems to effectively monitor
and manage revenue/expenses and developing new sales quote tools.
This position is based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
You are responsible for (but not limited to)
Calculating and preparing accrual entries - monthly or quarterly basis.
Supporting all sales analytics and related reports, when needed or scheduled -
daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and Adhoc.
Documenting the receipt of all SRC rebate contracts for completion into Access
Database
Assisting sales team in driving sales and provides weekly variance updates associ-
ated with customer's rebate progress
Working in collaboration with FP&A manager to ensure rebate forecasting is
accurate.
Collaborating with key stakeholders to update pricing lists; update contracts and
handle unique issues.
Frequently communicating with customers to provide rebate updates, payment in-
formation and with key teams to process rebates and ensure accuracy.
Frequently communicating with vendors to process payments and verify
correctness
Routinely meeting with sales team and SRC Market Controller's team to discuss
contracts unique situations sales adjustments etc
Search contracts, unique situations, sales adjustments, etc.
Working with the Sales Reporting team to properly handle tracings and sales
commissions.
Providing support to 3rd party auditors or internal auditors for rebate or royalty ac-
crual, calculations, payments.
Preparing account reconciliations; also responsible for providing updates to FP&A
team on rebate accruals, payments, and active rebate programs.
Other related duties as assigned.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelors' degree
5+ years of Sales Analytics experience with the ability to perform complex analysis

Experience in using the following tools: Access, SAP, OneBI, Oscar, Power BI (or
Tableau), etc.
Your team
You will report into the North America Operations - Head of Revenue Strategy & Execution.

Performs budgeting, planning, and analysis activities for sales operations. Reviews capital expenditures and analyzes sales-related expenses associated with such things as the order pipeline, bookings, revenue forecasting, revenue reporting, sales productivity and goal attainment. Performs regular variance analysis for expenses and budgets. Evaluates pricing structures to ensure fit with company objectives. Effectively incorporates client delivery schedules and operational changes into future revenue forecasts and revenue timeline considerations. Maintains and enhances sales force automation systems, product/service costing models, and margin management tools/systems to effectively monitor and manage revenue/expenses. Develop new sales quote tools.

Calculates and prepares 4 accrual entries on a monthly or quarterly basis. All entries are approved by RTR Accounting Controller. Rebate Entry - Monthly Rebate Payment Reclass Entry - Monthly VGM Accrual True-Up Entry - Quarterly Royalty Entry - Quarterly Weekly - Receives all S&RC rebate contracts via iCon for completion. All contracts are documented that the record was received and then entered in Access Database or a calculation file is prepared. Weekly â€" Assists sales team by providing them weekly What If Calculators to show variances associated with customer €™s rebate progress and help aid in driving sales. Monthly - At month end, the accrual is calculated and also the rebate payment. All payments are sent to RSD for approval, also given to Andrei Lutai for review/approval. Typical types of contracts handled:BGR Rebates ~70 contracts Key Account Rebates ~10 contracts Unique one-time rebate programs ~5/quarter Distributor/GPO rebates ~10 contracts Quarterly - Works in collaboration with FP&A manager to ensure rebate forecasting is accurate. Weekly- Collaborates with RDD team to update pricing list associated with Distributor/GPO contracts as well as update contracts and handle unique issues. Weekly - Frequent communication with customers to provide rebate updates, payment information, etc. Weekly - Frequent communication with ARS Team to process rebates and ensure they are correctly processed. Weekly - Frequent communication with Infosys to process payments and ensure they are correctly processed. Experience is crucial due to Infosys€™s frequent mistakes during processing. Daily - Frequent communication with sales team and S&RC Market Controller€™s team to discuss contracts, unique situations, sales adjustments, etc. Monthly - Frequent communication with Sales Reporting team to properly handle tracings and sales commissions. Rebates calculated are used for the sales commission calculations. Quarterly - Calculates and process payments for S&RC royalties on a quarterly basis. Also responsible for reporting some sales information and royalty reports to IP&S team. Quarterly - Provide support to 3rd party auditors or internal auditors for rebate or royalty accrual, calculations, payments. Quarterly - ICS controls are performed on a quarterly basis. Responsible for ICS 96, reviewed by Andrei Lutai.Monthly - Prepares account reconciliations for 4 GL accounts then submits report to AccOps team to complete BSAR.Monthly - Works alongside Project Manager for SRC Sales Commercial Operations to balance GPO/Dist customer accounts. Monthly - Responsible for providing updates to FP&A team on rebate accruals, payments, and active rebate programs. Monthly â€" Provide updates to customer classifications to ensure all customers are being captured correctly for reporting. Monthly- Processes HRC Transfers Daily - Daily use of Access Database, Excel, SAP, OneBI, Oscar, Outlook, etc.
