Job description

Blueprint has an immediate need for a talented Senior Contract Recruiter to join our team. We are looking for an individual who has experience working in organizations that have a high bar for talent, focus on ED&I solutions and work with a sense of urgency and thoughtfulness.

Areas of responsibility will include:
Perform full cycle recruiting activities including sourcing, interviewing, reference checking, negotiating, and extending offers
Sourcing and developing a pipeline of active and passive job seekers using networking, professional organizations, direct sourcing, and referrals
Partner with hiring managers to develop a recruitment strategy to attract top talent and to meet hiring deadlines, through pre-interview meetings and post-interview debriefs
Facilitate the interview process and assessment of talent
Track progress/metrics and provide regular updates
Partner with recruiting coordinator and strategic sourcer to ensure seamless candidate experience
Partner with hiring manager to create an onboarding plan for new hires
Use ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) to manage requisitions, candidates, etc.
Experience using Oracle Recruiting platform is a plus
Participate in HR programs where needed
Excellent written and verbal communications, attention to detail, strong intuition, use metrics and business savviness to influence without authority

Requirements:
Bachelors degree or equivalent
3-5+ years in-house recruiting experience in Life Sciences/Biotechnology
