We are looking for a detail-orientated, creative, customer focused, and collaborative individual to join our growing Recruiting Operations team as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves to learn and solve problems. You'll have the opportunity to expand your knowledge of talent acquisition and operations. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be a pinnacle part of the team's success!
What You'll Do:
Create, manage, and publicize job ads for the CarGurus career site and appropriate third-party posting boards.
Coordinate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to schedule a high volume of interviews across the organization, creating solutions as issues may arise.
Partner closely with Recruiters to understand current workflows and process and help create solutions to optimize processes and tools as needed.
Serve as one of the main points of contact for prospective employees as they go through the interview process.
Work closely with all members of the People & Talent team to build and deliver detailed offer packages to prospective employees.
Provide hiring process support including background checks and maintenance of systems and tools.
Establish relationships across Talent Acquisition, People & Talent and hiring teams to drive execution.

1+ year(s) of professional work experience.
Experience working in a Talent Acquisition or Human Resources team preferred, exposure to Greenhouse or another ATS system would be a bonus.
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite or related software.
Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
