We are a leading Property Management company, looking for an extremely organized, friendly and sincere Property Manager to join our team in the Chelsea, MA area. HUD & Section 8 Experience required.

Spanish speaking candidate needed!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include:

• Oversee adherence of all residents to the lease by resolving lease violations and referring residents to appropriate resources in order to promote high quality of living for all residents.
• Responsible to oversee and fill vacancies.
• Supervise the turnover of apartments for move-in, and move-outs to ensure that apartments are suitable for occupancy.
• Enter rent and manage delinquency.
• Process all move-out dispositions.
• Carry out responsibilities in accordance with company policies.
• Reliable and trustworthy

Supervisory Responsibilities: Directly supervises all site personnel.

Qualifications:

• Must be extremely organized, and able to manage multiple administrative projects simultaneously.
• Previous administrative experience is required.
• Previous experience in property management is a huge plus.
• Demonstrated knowledge of fair housing requirements.
• Ability to use conflict resolution skills with residents
• Ability to operate basic office equipment.
• Spanish speaking candidate needed!

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
